Easily add or modify bottles in your wine club order at your convenience!
How does this new feature work? Here is what to expect:
STEP 1: EMAIL WITH CLUB ORDER INFO: Approximately 2-3 weeks before we charge for your upcoming wine club order, you will receive an email notification outlining the pre-selected wines, pricing and the ship/pickup date of your current wine club order, as well as a link to customize your order on the Sunstone website. If you are satisfied with the pre-selected wines, you don’t need to do anything! If you want to make changes to your order, you will have two weeks to customize your order before the indicated cut-off date.
STEP 2: LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT: Use the link included in the email to log into your account and view the upcoming wines in your shipment. If you don’t remember your account login information or have never created an account, click this link to reset your password. (Yes, you can do this even if you’ve never created an account; By default, we have already created an account for you with your email address.)
STEP 3: GO TO CUSTOMIZATION SCREEN: Once you’ve logged in, click on “Club List” on the left side of the page, which will display your club membership information. Click on the red “Edit Club” button (Note: If you have had multiple memberships, make sure you choose the active membership).
STEP 4: CUSTOMIZE YOUR ORDER: Make any changes such as adding or modifying the quantity of bottles, and then click “Submit”. A confirmation email will be sent detailing the changes submitted. Please review the details of your order to ensure changes were saved correctly.
What if I don’t want to make changes or customize my order?
No problem! If you are satisfied with the pre-selected wines, you don’t need to do anything! If you don’t log in and make any changes, you will receive the shipment outlined in your notification email. Any additional wine selections or changes must be submitted prior to the date outlined in your shipment notification.

When can I start customizing my Wine Club orders?
This new feature goes into effect on November 4, 2018, ahead of the December 2018 wine club shipment.
